Professor Charles (Ted Danson) is a retiree who gets a new lease on life when he shows interest in an ad from a private investigator and becomes a "mole" in an undercover investigation at a San Francisco nursing home.
„For most older people, the biggest threat to their well-being is not accident or health, but loneliness,“ says Didi (Stephanie Beatrice), director of "„Pacific View Retirement Home„".
To combat this, Professor Charles becomes a secret agent in the home. „I don’t know how to be a spy, but it’s good for me because it makes me feel useful,“ he says in the show’s first trailer.
