V/H/S/Halloween is a horror anthology composed of several short films united by the theme of Halloween — cassettes and videos that bring horrors, ghosts, sinister creatures, and perversions.
Among the segments are:
Coochie Coochie Coo (Anna Zlokovic) — two teenage girls who enter a creepy house connected to a legend about "Mama.".
Fun Size (Casper Kelly) — a group of young people who break the "take only one candy" rule and end up in a land of nightmarish transformations.
As above, so below. (Paco Plaza) — an episode that combines investigation and violence, interweaving layers of time and horror.
Kidprint (Alex Ross Perry) — a sinister skit involving child identification videos and disappearances.
Home Haunt (Michelin and R.H. Norman) — a father and son who build a homemade house of horrors, but sinister forces are present.
Binding segment Diet Phantasma (Brian M. Ferguson) — a commercial for a sinister drink that brings terrible effects.
V/H/S/Halloween is among the strongest installments in the franchise to date — an ambitious anthology that brings variety, styles, and brutal moments.
V/H/S/Halloween is an anthology horror that indulges in the spirit of Halloween — the tricks, the scares, the play between the most childish and the most sinister. For fans of the genre — a real holiday dose of horror that brings surprise, blood, visual ideas and a dose of dark humor. It's not perfect, but it's one of the most exciting horror productions of 2025 so far.
