From 21 and up (21 & Over) is a 2013 American comedy film directed by John Lucas and Scott Moore from a screenplay by John Lucas and Scott Moore. The film premiered in Bulgaria on March 22, 2013.
Miller (Miles Teller), a fast-talking fun-loving guy, and Casey (Skylar Astin), a nice guy about to start a job on the stock exchange, are longtime friends and college graduates who arrive at the college of the third of their group, Jeff (Justin Chon), who is a medical student. Jeff is turning 21 and Miller has a burning desire to get his friend drunk so they can have one last amazing night before they all start their adult lives.
Jeff tries to refuse because his insistent father has set up a very important job interview the next day, but before long the young man softens and becomes so shaken that he can't speak, which becomes a problem because Miller and Casey can't remember where their friend lives. The trio embarks on a crazy adventure to find someone on campus who knows where Jeff lives so they can prepare him for his big date...
