Project CARS

Project CARS is a racing game produced by Slightly Mad Studios . There are no locked cars in the game. You don't have to amass a fleet of high-performance cars. You don't have to buy suspensions or engine upgrades. You can choose to work your way through the long list of races, but even that is optional. You can simply start at the highest racing class with the best cars and face the toughest competitors. Project CARS is not a game where you have to collect and progress. The game simply gives you a straight-up, intense racing simulation.

The simulation has four modes. Solo Racer and the modes allow you to create any race you want, choosing from a list of cars, tracks, engine limits, reality settings and weather conditions. The cars available are plentiful, but there are some caveats. If you desperately want to drive a Ferrari or a Honda, for example, Project CARS can't offer them. The cars available are great, though, and learning the ins and outs of driving each one is a real pleasure. Pulling the reins of a roaring Ford Mustang is a completely different experience than whizzing around the track in a small go-kart.

The career mode puts you in the role of a racer who races from one track to another, signing contracts with new teams, gaining new sponsors, and pursuing your own goals and challenges.

The final fourth mode is online racing, which offers you the opportunity to compete with other players in asynchronous timed races. Everyone participates with the same car on the same track and tries to achieve the best result.
