Palm Royale is a 2024 Canadian-American drama series film created by Abe Sylvia. The film premiered on the movie platform Apple TV+ is on March 20, 2024.
Palm Royale is a true story of underdogs that tells the story of Maxine Simmons (Kristen Wiig), as she tries to break into Palm Beach high society. As Maxine tries to cross that unbridgeable line between the haves and the have-nots, Palm Royale asks the same question that still puzzles us today: "How much of yourself are you willing to sacrifice to get what someone else has?" The story takes place during the "year of the powder keg" in 1969, and Palm Royale is a testament to every outsider fighting for their chance at a place in society.
