Eyes of Wakanda (literal translation: The eyes of Wakanda) is a 2025 American animated adventure fantasy television series film created by Danai Gurira. The film premiered on movie platforms on August 6, 2025.
In the depths of the African nation of Wakanda lie not only secret technologies and the legendary vibranium, but also a sacred mission - to preserve the spiritual and material heritage of the people. "Eyes of Wakanda" follows the kingdom's brave warriors and emissaries, sent to different eras around the world to discover and return powerful artifacts torn from their land by greed, war and colonialism.
The series presents separate stories – past and present – of heroes who operate in the shadows. They seek not fame, but honor. Some clash with ancient secret societies, others come into conflict with modern superpowers. But all are united by one thing: loyalty to Wakanda.
Each episode of "Eyes of Wakanda" not only expands on the mythology of the country known from "Black Panther," but also shows us how its people, though invisible to the world, have been tireless guardians of their identity and future.
