Elizabeth Sparkle (Demi Moore), an aerobics show star, is fired on her 50th birthday by her boss because of her age. When she returns home depressed and discouraged, she receives an unexpected offer. A mysterious laboratory offers her a miraculous „substance“ – if she injects it, she will become the „best version“ of herself, „younger, more beautiful, more perfect.“ However, the substance, which is sold on the black market and which temporarily makes her younger, has terrifying side effects that she is unaware of.
