Not a Sound: Day One (2024)

Not a sound: Day One (A Quiet Place: Day One) is a 2024 American fantasy horror film directed by Michael Sarnosky from a screenplay by Michael Sarnosky, John Krasinski, Brian Woods, and Scott Beck. The film is set to be released in the United States on June 28, 2024.

This is the third film in the series "„Not a sound„". As the title suggests, the film is a prequel to the previous two films and takes place on the first day that alien creatures come to Earth and unleash absolute chaos on New York City, destroying every source of sound their senses can detect.

Unlike the previous two films, this one does not tell the story of the Abbott family, but follows a woman named Sam (Lupita Nyong'o), going through the terrifying first moments of the alien invasion in the noisiest city in the world.
